Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of land administration service quality at the Public Service Mall (Mal Pelayanan Publik/MPP) of Yogyakarta City on community satisfaction and to measure the magnitude of that effect. This study employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consisted of members of the public who utilized land administration services at the Yogyakarta City Public Service Mall. A total of 56 respondents were selected using an incidental sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using simple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics. The results indicate that land administration service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that the research hypothesis is accepted. The regression equation obtained is Y = 3.174 + 0.752X, which means that every one-unit increase in land administration service quality increases community satisfaction by 0.752 units. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R Square = 0.858) indicates that land administration service quality explains 85.8% of the variation in community satisfaction, while the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Therefore, the better the quality of land administration services provided at the Yogyakarta City Public Service Mall, the higher the level of community satisfaction.
