Abstract

The digitalization of land administration services has pushed land offices to manage land measurement processes more efficiently, one approach being the use of a surveyor monitoring dashboard as a data-driven performance oversight tool. Timely completion of land measurement files is a key indicator of service quality, yet prior to the dashboard's implementation, performance monitoring still relied on manual reporting, making early detection of delays difficult. This study aims to analyze the level of effectiveness in completing land measurement files following the implementation of the surveyor monitoring dashboard, and to examine its influence on the timeliness of file completion at the Tangerang City Land Office. This study used an explanatory quantitative research design, with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to all surveyors as respondents using a saturation sampling technique. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation, simple linear regression, and t-tests to examine the research hypotheses. The findings reveal that dashboard implementation has a strong and significant effect on the timeliness of file completion, evidenced by a correlation coefficient of 0.819 and a coefficient of determination of 67.1 percent, indicating that most of the variation in completion timeliness can be attributed to the dashboard's presence. System operational data further support these findings, showing consistently high completion rates during the early implementation period. This study contributes academically by addressing a gap in research on how monitoring dashboards affect surveyors' time performance, and practically by providing land office leadership with an evaluative basis for optimizing performance oversight and formulating data-driven policies.
