Abstract

Waqf land is a strategic asset for public welfare; however, its management still faces administrative challenges regarding weak inventory and spatial data updating. In Mrican Village, Jenangan Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency, some waqf lands are already certified, yet there are indications of discrepancies between the shapefile data at the Land Office and the actual physical conditions in the field, encompassing aspects of position, shape, boundaries, area, and land use compliance with the designation stated in the Waqf Pledge Deed (Akta Ikrar Wakaf - AIW). This study aims to analyze the spatial data accuracy and land use conformity of certified waqf land using a descriptive quantitative method. The orthophoto map derived from the 2023 Complete Systematic Land Registration (Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap - PTSL) activities serves as the primary data, integrated with the waqf land shapefile data from the Ponorogo Regency Land Office and the AIW. The analysis was conducted through on-screen digitization, spatial data overlay, accuracy tests for position, shape, boundaries and location, and area size, complemented by visual land use interpretation across 23 certified waqf land parcels. The results indicate a positional accuracy of 78.26% (18 parcels), a shape accuracy of 91.30% (21 parcels), a boundary and location accuracy of 91.30% (21 parcels), and an area accuracy of 86.96% (20 parcels), while land use conformity with the AIW reached 91.30% (21 parcels). This study concludes that orthophoto maps are effectively utilized as supporting data for the inventory and spatial updating of waqf land, although some parcels still require further field verification.
