Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Sentuh Tanahku application in supporting land services at the Grobogan Regency Land Office. In addition, it seeks to examine how the application facilitates applicants in accessing land-related services. This study employed a mixed-method approach with a descriptive design. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 31 users of the Sentuh Tanahku application using a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics based on the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model, which consists of system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, and intention to use. Meanwhile, qualitative data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis, and were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results indicate that the Sentuh Tanahku application at the Grobogan Regency Land Office achieved an effectiveness level of 80.88%, placing it in the effective category. The application was found to provide accurate information, facilitate public access to land services, enhance transparency regarding service requirements, costs, and estimated processing times, and enable users to monitor the progress of their applications through its various features. However, the effectiveness of the application is still influenced by several challenges, including internet connectivity issues, system maintenance, the community's level of digital literacy, users' age, and the uneven adoption of the application across different segments of society. Therefore, further system development, improvements in application service quality, and strengthened public outreach are needed to optimize the utilization of the Sentuh Tanahku application.
