Abstract

The Sleman Regency Land Office is a Type A land office in the Special Region of Yogyakarta that handles a very high volume of land-related services. It provides services to the public ranging from initial land registration to the maintenance of land registration data. Data maintenance is necessitated by changes in ownership or alterations to the physical attributes of land parcels held or controlled by the public; such physical changes arise from processes involving the subdivision, separation, and consolidation of land parcels. These changes must be recorded at the land office to ensure legal certainty for the public regarding the land parcels in question. Land parcel measurement services at the Sleman Regency Land Office are managed by the Survey and Mapping Section. Survey and Mapping Section faces various risks associated with measurement, media conversion, mapping, and archiving activities. This study aims to analyze risk management within the Survey and Mapping Section of the Sleman Regency Land Office. A qualitative research method was employed, utilizing relevant regulations and academic literature. The study identified 13 types of risks, highlighting one particularly significant risk: the inability to locate land measurement record archives.
