Abstract

The amount of land still has the rights to the building (HGB) in the housing complex attracts attention to the Land Office West Bandung District. To increase the right over their land, the people need to make a change in land rights. To make it easier for the community, Land Office West Bandung District made an innovation, it's a land service activity circulated around or shortened by LA DARLING. LA DARLING is the right-changing service of a chain of rights for the building to be a bundle of rights by bringing direct landing services to the community so as to facilitate the process of administration of rights change services for the community in the District of West Bandung. According to the order of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency Number 440/SK-HR.02/III/2023 about 7 service priority Spatial Planning Ministry Agrarian / National Land Agency, service the change land rights being one of the seven service these priorities. The purpose of this research is to find out how much people's interest in the success of the activities of LA DARLING and the most important factors that affect people's interest in the success of LA DARLING's activities in the District of West Bandung. The research in this research is a quantitative approach by applying survey research and analysis multiple linear regression. The result was that public interest had an impact on the success of LA DARLING's activities in the District of West Bandung with the percentage of 59% and the most influential factor is a factor of time the file.
