Abstract
The Weekend Land Service Program (PELATARAN) is designed to expand access to land administration services for citizens who cannot visit land offices during weekdays. This study analyzes the influence of PELATARAN service quality on community satisfaction at the Karanganyar Regency Land Office and measures the Community Satisfaction Index of the program. A quantitative explanatory survey was applied to 31 users of PELATARAN services. Service quality was measured through five SERVQUAL dimensions, while community satisfaction was assessed using nine public service satisfaction elements. Data were tested using validity, reliability, normality, linearity, simple linear regression, and Community Satisfaction Index calculation. The instruments were valid and reliable, with Cronbach’s alpha values of 0.762 for service quality and 0.860 for community satisfaction. The regression model produced Y = 10.212 + 1.188X, with F = 14.493 and a significance value of 0.001. These findings indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. The R Square value of 0.333 shows that service quality explains 33.3% of satisfaction variation. The Community Satisfaction Index reached 91.04, categorized as grade A or very good.
