Abstract
The difficulty of identifying land parcels for certain areas that have an influence on the land registration process (first land registration and maintenance of land registration data) is the main background for the development of Peta Indikasi Kawasan Kota Pekanbaru WebGIS. This difficulty occurs because there has been no determination of area boundaries in the field, such as forest areas which are only on the forest area map. Not only forest areas, but there are several other areas in the city of Pekanbaru including: land consolidation area, TNI AU land reserve area, and peatland area. This study aims to build a WEB-based Geospatial Information System (WebGIS) using Arcgis Online to assist the Pekanbaru City Land Office in identifying parcels of land for certain areas. Arcgis Online is used in making this WebGIS because of the many features and facilities provided by Arcgis Online in making WebGIS, such as: the availability of various types of base maps, no need for website hosting and no coding process needed and many more advantages that Arcgis Online provides. WebGIS Research Pekanbaru City Area Indication Map using the Research and Development method with the waterfall design model. Testing the results of this WebGIS uses a usability test with a questionnaire instrument by some users of the information system. The number of respondents from this study were 35 people who were determined by using purposive sampling technique. The results of the usability test were very satisfactory. with a value obtained of 81.71% for the aspect of functionality provided by WebGIS and a value of 81.26% for the aspect of features provided by WebGIS. This WebGIS can still be developed using input and suggestions from users. Keywords: WebGIS, Regions, Indications, Land Registry
