Abstract

The thesis is entitled: “Magersari Land Registration to be the Sultanate Grounds after the enactment of Law Number 13, of 2012 on Regional Specialty, Ypgyakarta Special Region. The research is aimed at finding the Magersari land registration to the Sultanate Grounds and its constraints after the enactment of Lawa Numuber 13 ,of 2012 on Regional Specialty, Yogyakarta Special Regionn. The research is a legal normatif study with the main focus on legal rules regulation the Magersari land registration to be the Sultanate Grounds and its constraints after the enactment of Law Number 13, of 2012 on Regional Specialty, Yogyakarta Spacial Region. The research used statute approcach and historical aproach focusing on statute aprocach, focusing on the Magersari land registration to be the Sultanate Grounds and its constraints after the enactment of Law Number 13, of 2012 on Regional Spacialty, Yogyakarta Special Region. The result of the research showed that the process of Magersari Land Registration using the Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 was positive in realizing law certainty on land right of Magersari land to be the Sultanate Grounds. The implementation of land registration includes first Land registration servece and the maintenance of land registration data. Based on the Law of Specialty on Yogykarta Special Region, the positive law had admid that both Kasultanan and Pakualaman may have the right of Magersari Lands.
