Abstract
Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is a program to accelerate land registration in Indonesia. In the implementation of PTSL the results of physical data measurements are mapped on the Computerized Geospatial System for Land Activities (GeoKKP). GeoKKP contains an overlay of physical data measurements with land parcels contained in the database, either sporadically, systematically or as a result of improving the quality of K4 data. The process of improving data quality thoroughly can cause various problems such as the number of land parcels that overlap with other land parcels and the area, shape and position of the land parcels that are not in accordance with field conditions. This study aims to determine the accuracy, validity and reliability of parcel map (PBT) for self-managed and third-party products (KJSB) The method in this study is a mixed method (qualitative and quantitave). This research was conducted by measuring the sample of land parcels to test the accuracy, then derived to the validity and reliability test of the PBT as a result of self-management and KJSB measurements. The results of this study are the PBT accuracy of 30 samples of self-managed land parcels for the appropriate land parcels, 22 plots (73%), while those that do not match 8 plots (26%). For the geometric shape it is appropriate and for the position of the ground plane no binding or reference has been used. Accuracy of Land Sector Map 30 samples of land parcels measured by KJSB for the appropriate land parcels are 14 plots of land (46%), while those that do not match are 16 parcels of land (53%). For the suitability of the geometric shape of the plot of land between the sample measurements and PBT, there are different geometric shapes and for the position of the plot of land there is still no binding or reference. The validity of the self-managed PBT for the field position has a value of 0.294 (low), for the calculation of the area of the field work (GU) it has a value of 0.423 (medium), while for the relative location, shape and area of conformity with SU with a validity value of 0.881 (high). While the validity of the PBT carried out by the field position KJSB with a validity value of 0.278 (low), the shape of the field has a value of 0.785 (high enough), while for relative location, GU area and SU area and relative location with a value of 0.915 (high). The reliability of self-managed PBT has a reliability value of 0.6528 (not sufficient). For PBT KJSB products have a reliability score of 0.7985 (sufficient).
