Abstract

The Ministry of ATR/BPN issues Technical Guidelines Number 1/Juknis-100.H.K.02.01/I/2021 on January 4, 2021 as a guideline for implementing PTSL in 2021. Validity test which consists of checking document completeness, sample measurement, verification, data validation. While the Technical Guidelines for PMNA/KBPN No. 3 of 1997 regulates the tolerance for measuring and mapping land parcels. This research uses a descriptive method with a comparative quantitative approach. The spatial validity test of the plot of land is by testing the area, side length, and position of the plot of land. The purpose of this study was to test the validity of the land parcel maps produced by the self-management of the land office and third parties at the Madiun Regency Land Office. The results of the comparison of the side distances of the land plots are 171 distances (51.98%) are appropriate and 158 distances (48.02%) are not. The geometric shape of the plot of land is the difference between the GU and the physical in the field due to the difference in the distance and the plot of land that is entered by the road. The results of the comparison of the area of 73.33% suitable land parcels for Sobrah Village and 70% suitable land parcels in Bandungan Village. The results of the PBT validity test at the Madiun Regency land office still lack the physical validity of the land parcels and measurement documents such as the Measurement Drawings carried out by not following the 2021 PTSL Technical Guidelines format.
