Abstract
The arrangement regarding of land tenure, land ownership, land use, and utilization of land must be based on technical provisions and be related to legal aspects and legislation. Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional has enacted the Peraturan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Number 12 of 2021 concerning Land Technical Considerations, wich is 10 days. Preliminary research found instances where the issuance of land technical considerations exceeded the specified time. This study aims to further understand the implementation of land technical considerations based one these regulations. It is an empirical juridical legal research using a descriptive-analytical approach through juridical empirical observation. There is currently no specified timeframe for each process of conducting land technical considerations. The research results show: (1) The implementation of land technical considerations at the Bekasi district National Land Agency has followed the standard of land technical consideration services; (2) The timeframe for issuing land technical considerations has not been met; (3) Document completeness requirements act as an obstacle in the execution and issuance of land technical considerations.
