Abstract

To support the acceleration of land registration in Indonesia, the National Land Agency (BPN) has implemented various policies, including the National Agrarian Operation Project program and Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL). The implementation of PTSL previously faced several obstacles, such as overlapping land ownership, difficulty in plotting Cluster 4, and mismatch of mapped data with field conditions.To overcome these problems, in 2023 the Technical Guidelines for PTSL Integrated Physical Data Collection were issued. In 2023, the office set a target to complete PTSL in 25 villages with a total of 78911 parcels of land (KW1 - KW6). In the process of completing this target, there are several characteristics of land parcels that need to be considered. This research aims to find out the implementation of Integrated PTSL in Sukoharjo Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through surveys with interviews and observations and document studies to strengthen the findings. The results of this study show that there are conditions that hinder the process of implementing procedures in accordance with the technical guidelines. Certain conditions become obstacles in completing the target. So that the land office takes solution steps to be able to carry out the completion of existing targets.
