Abstract

Complete Kelurahan mapping is the goal of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activity. One of the instruments used in Complete Village mapping is the administrative boundary of the area. The administrative boundaries used in the Complete Village mapping are not in accordance with Pemendagri Number 45 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for Determining and Affirming Village Boundaries. The existence of inappropriate boundaries and the large number of available regional administrative boundaries makes the uncertainty of a regional administrative boundary must be adjusted. In boundary adjustment, the reference used is the outermost land parcel boundary. The purpose of the research is to analyze the administrative boundaries of the region. This research uses Mix Methods with a descriptive approach. This research method is used to accommodate the formulation of problems obtained to be analyzed more deeply. The result of the research is a comparison of administrative boundaries in the creation of Complete Kelurahan against physical conditions in the field with the result that there are differences in several parts which result in differences in area. The use of available administrative boundaries and those with differences then needs to be reviewed. In addition, the administrative boundaries of the currently available areas can be said to be inappropriate, such as geokkp boundaries, PBB maps, RBI maps, and data from the city government. Thus the administrative boundaries of the declaration results derived from PBT Kelurahan Lengkap can be a reference as an administrative boundary of the area that is close to the actual physical conditions of the existing land parcels.
