Abstract

A complete village is one in which all land parcels have been registered and are spatially and juridically valid. One of the complete village programs is in Jatipurwo Village, Jatipuro District, Karanganyar Regency. However, in 2020 Jatipurwo Village failed to submit a Complete Village Declaration because there were problems. This research aims to find out the problems of realizing a complete village in Jatipurwo Village. This research uses mixed methods, namely qualitative and quantitative, which aims to deepen a phenomenon so that it is easy to reveal. Data were obtained from interviews with informants directly related to the process of implementing a complete village in Jatipurwo Village including the office and village, observation, document study with supporting data for the formation of a complete village, and literature study by reading previous studies that match the theme raised by the researcher, in order to get comparisons and information when carrying out research. The results of the research that has been observed show that the process of forming a complete village in Jatipurwo Village itself is in accordance with the applicable regulations, but there is one implementer who is not carried out, namely the kelapang check. The problems encountered during the research were that there were still physical and juridical data that were not found and were not valid, such as there were still K4 land plots that could not be mapped with a total of 27 fields, the data in the office still did not match, and there was no physical form, such as PBT, SU, BT, Human Resources (HR) who lacked knowledge of the use of applications used to create complete villages, facilities and infrastructure that were insufficient or not in accordance with office performance. The solution taken is that the office is working to improve data, facilities and infrastructure, and Human Resources (HR) to match the criteria for the process of activities in the office, as well as the implementation of the next complete village process.
