Abstract

The land data managed by the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) and the tax data managed by the Regional Financial and Asset Agency (BKAD) share a common object, which is land parcels. One of the key characteristics of land is its fixed spatial location and immobility. Land data has the potential to assist in updating tax ownership data, while tax data has the potential to support land data in determining the Zone Value of Land (ZNT) for Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). This research aims to utilize land data to be integrated with tax data in digital format, which is a prospect for a multifunctional cadaster information system. The method used is Research and Development (R&D). Data collection techniques were carried out through: interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative and quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. Questionnaires were distributed and processed based on the PIECES framework and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to 15 respondents. The results of the research showed that the information system created produces a satisfaction level rated as satisfied, while in terms of importance, it is rated as very important.
