Abstract

Given that there are several problems arising from administrative boundaries that have not been definitive, and also the success of the Land Office of North Lampung Regency in implementing PTSL, although there are still some areas whose administrative boundaries have not been definitive. Therefore, researchers will conduct research by utilizing maps of land parcels that are the result of PTSL products to resolve these problematic administrative boundaries. To analyze the boundaries of the area used in the complete village mapping at the Land Office of North Lampung Regency. To find out the extent to which complete village PBT can be used as a reference in determining administrative area boundaries Know the criteria and supporting factors in determining the administrative boundaries of feasible areas. The method used in this study is qualitative research method. with a descriptive approach. The research carried out, the stages that the researcher will go through are collecting and analyzing using qualitative methods by observation and interviews, the researcher will analyze the applicable administrative boundaries based on the Land Parcel Map measured by PTSL and the administrative boundaries of the area used based on the results of interviews with the responsible parties. The use of regional administrative boundaries that have not been definitive has the potential to cause problems, which are related to administrative order in the management of the area by the local government of North Lampung district. If there is an error in measuring the land parcel due to unclear administrative boundaries, the registered area will still follow, then it will be adjusted to the decision of the local government. PBT PTSL can support the definitive village delimitation process if it meets geodesy standards according to Permendagri Number 45 of 2015. Keywords : Boundary, administration, PTSL vii
