Abstract

The Sleman Regency Land Office carried out Agrarian Reform Access activities in Bangunkerto Village. The program presented is access arrangement or Access Reform where the community is given the opportunity to access capital and other assistance to agrarian reform subjects in order to improve welfare based on land use. The purpose of this research is to find out the community's implementation of the Agrarian Reform Access program and to find out the sustainable resource management in Bangunkerto Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, which provides a clear picture of the implementation of Agrarian Reform Access as an implementation step for structuring access in Bangunkerto Village. Data was collected through interviews with resource persons, field observations, and literature studies. The results of the research are 1) The impact of community land empowerment in Bangunkerto Village, 2) Community constraints in developing UMKM and Fishery Cultivators, 3) Role model of the potential for community economic development of UMKM and Fish Cultivators.
