Abstract

Green Open Spaces in Bekasi City consist of several types, including green belts along roads, riverbanks, lakes, city parks, urban forests, office parks and so on. However, the existing green open space is not sufficient from what is required, namely 30% of the total area of Bekasi City, currently there are only about 16%, still less than 14% to achieve the ideal green open space for a city. The following is Bekasi City's RTH data according to Bekasi City's RDTR for 2016-2032. The results of the study have fulfilled the requirements for fulfilling Green Open Spaces in Bekasi City by 30% with the classification of 8 (eight) RTH, namely City Green Open Space, District Green Open Space Green Open Space, Kelurahan Park Open Space Green Open Space, RT Park Green Open Space, RW Park Green Open Space, Jungle City Green Green Lane Green Open Space. , and Funeral, data processing is done by means of ground check and data processing in Arcgis 10.8 software. In fulfilling the RTH in Bekasi City, there are several factors experienced by the Bekasi City Government. By looking at the fact that the total area of open green space in Bekasi City, there are various inhibiting factors that cause the area of green open space to still not meet the standards mandated by the state. In this paper, researchers only look at three aspects which are the inhibiting factors in managing green open spaces. As for the inhibiting factors, namely institutional aspects, financing and participation. In this institutional aspect, it will be seen from the components of rules or policies regarding green open spaces and related human resource components that carry out green open space management. The policy governing green open space has been contained in the 2016-2032 RDTR, which means that Bekasi City has a target of fulfilling green open space standards within a period of 16 years.
