Abstract
Land acquisition for Jogja-Bawen I Toll Road in Bligo have been carried out since 2022, is a form of infrastructure construction equality that is done through Constitution No. 2/2012. Compensatory damage utilization becomes a suitable matter for further research because of differences in community characteristics. Previous research in other locations become problem when the compensatory use to consumptive behaviour. This research aims to find variations compensatory utilization behaviour and economy perspective livelihood pattern impacts. This research uses mixed methods—convergent parallel design—to 50 respondents, using interview and questionnaire techniques. The results showed variations compensatory utilization that 7 respondents tend to consumptive behaviour and 43 respondents tend to productive behaviour. Economy impacts showed by increased revenue and living standards. Keywords: utilization, land acquisition, livelihood pattern, compensatory damage
