Abstract

Complete Village Mapping through PTSL is a necessary aspect of organizing land use and utilization. Until 2022, the mapping of land plots shows slow progress and has not reached the target. The integrated physical data collection method in 2023 is a solution, but the results of PTSL achievements in the Minggir District show that a complete village has not been realized. This study aims to determine the implementation and achievement of results, inhibiting factors, and strategies of the Sleman Regency Land Office in integrated physical data collection activities in Minggir District in 2023. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The study results show that the implementation of integrated physical data collection has been by the 2023 Technical Instructions and has increased achievements from the previous year, but has not met the set Complete Village Value (NDL). The achievements of each village are Sendangmulyo Village as much as 93.85%, Sendangsari Village as much as 92.46%, Sendangagung at 98.07%, and Sendangrejo Village at 89.71%. The lack of a complete village is caused by inhibiting factors within the Land Office, namely lack of human resources, limited facilities, and difficulties in identification. Meanwhile, external factors are the lack of supporting data in the village, overlapping year-end agendas, and the change of hamlet heads. The strategy to accelerate physical data collection involves the elements of Man, Money, Materials, Machines, and Methods (5M). Keywords: Physical data, Complete village, Inhibitors
