Abstract

The land database can be used as the initial foundation in building such information disclosure. Various media can help several human jobs including to get the information needed, one of which is information about land. Land information is a very important need for users in the land sector, in this case the government, the community and the private sector, which must be immediately fulfilled. Land information includes land tenure information, registered land information, land rights status, land value, land use, and other information needed. Land problems occur due to misalignment in land administration that does not support the availability of valid and accurate data. To overcome various obstacles in data integration, it is necessary to transform existing services in the village by utilizing digital technology. The development of a land information system requires textual data and spatial data that will be used as a database in the design of the land information system. The collection of textual data and spatial data that has been compiled into a database will be processed into a land information system that will provide convenience for its users, especially for community services in the land sector. The purpose of this research is to help improve existing archiving at the Nglanjuk Village Office. The method used is the survey method. The research was conducted by conducting interviews with users to find out user needs and system needs. Observations were made during data collection to the field to collect additional data. The result of the research is the realization of land database management using Google My Maps. This database can be used to improve land services in the village and can reduce space for archiving data. The conclusion in this research explains that the availability of data is still very limited so it is necessary to make observations to take additional data to be used as a completeness of existing data. By utilizing Google My Maps, the management of the land database in Nglanjuk Village facilitates the process of administration and services in the Village Government.
