Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged the creation of an information system that is able to improve the efficiency of public services, including in the land sector. In Bangunkerto Village, Turi District, Sleman Regency, land data management is still conventional and not yet digital. Land information such as Letter C data, land registration books, and land maps are still stored manually, making it difficult to search for data, update information, and provide services to the community. This condition shows the need to develop a land information system that is able to manage and present data effectively and support orderly land administration at the village level. This study aims to identify the needs of a land system that is in accordance with conditions at the village level and to design a system that is in accordance with the information needs of users. The research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and the requirement engineering approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results of the needs are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, then poured into the design of an information system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling which includes use case diagrams, class diagrams, and Activity diagrams. Evaluation of the design system is carried out using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) methods to measure satisfaction and improvement priorities from the user side. The results of the study indicate that the community and village officials need a system with interactive map features, land data search, dashboard, and role-based access. The evaluation results using the EUCS and IPA methods show that the designed land information system has met most of the user needs, both in terms of functionality and ease of use. Evaluation of the conceptual design of the system shows that four out of five variables are in the very satisfactory category, although there are several aspects that need to be improved. With this system, the village government is expected to be able to more easily record, maintain, and present land information, as well as improve the quality of service to the community.
