Abstract

Arjasari Village was designated as the only agrarian reform village in Bandung Regency because of its success in asset management, access management and land use management that has been carried out well. The potential in Arjasari Village includes Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) which are the basis for access management so that it needs to be further developed by providing assistance in utilizing potential to support the local economy. Assistance is carried out by involving various stakeholders who work together synergistically and support each other with the aim of improving community welfare. This study focuses on the collaboration process and roles carried out by the Bandung Regency Land Office with the Bandung Regency Agriculture Service, the Bandung Regency Cooperative and SME Service, the Bandung Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Service and the Bandung Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that collaboration that is synergistically established between stakeholders contributes positively to community assistance in managing regional potential, improving skills, facilitation activities, infrastructure development and providing other assistance. The access arrangement program implemented in Arjasari Village has a positive impact on improving community welfare. This can be seen from the increase in community income, the development of supporting infrastructure, and the development of local economic empowerment facilities. Through the implementation of this access arrangement, it can increase community economic activity while directing local economic development towards a more independent and sustainable direction.
