Abstract

Electronic certificate regulations have been in effect since 2021 as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of ATR/BPN No. 1/2021. Over time, the regulation was revoked and replaced with Regulation of the Minister of ATR/ BPN No. 3/2023. The issuance of electronic certificates by the land office is not as easy as what has been stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of ATR/ BPN No. 3/2023 or the TCK Verification of BT and SU. This is evidenced by BT and SU data from old years, for example the period 1970-1999, some of which have not been entered on the ATR/BPN Application Portal. Thus, in its implementation there are obstacles, especially BT verification and it is a problem in itself for the land office which is a priority office in issuing electronic documents. The purpose of this results is to answer the problems that arise and the policy efforts made at the Langsa City Land Office regarding the implementation of BT verification. The method in this study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the implementation mechanism of land register verification in Langsa City Land Office consists of 3 (three) stages, namely Preparation, Implementation and Quality Control. The suitability of the implementation of land register verification in Kantah Kota Langsa, there are stages that are not yet in accordance, namely the calculation or inventory of land register documents and the creation of forms/reports/minutes.
