Abstract

The Arrangement of Agrarian Reform Access is one of the national strategic programs aimed at achieving agrarian justice through providing economic access to the community. The success of this program depends on the readiness of the community as the main subject in the implementation of the program. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of community readiness in the implementation of the PARA program in Krikilan Village, Kalijambe District, Sragen Regency. The method used is a mixed-methods approach with the Community Readiness Model, which measures community readiness through five dimensions: community knowledge, leadership, community attitudes, community understanding, and local resources. The research results indicate that the level of community readiness in Krikilan Village is at the initiation stage, which shows that most of the community has basic knowledge related to the PARA program. Leaders have also shown an active role, encouraging community involvement in program activities. This readiness demonstrates a strong foundation that can be continuously improved. This shows that the level of readiness of the Krikilan Village community is not yet optimal. Keywords: Agrarian Reform, Access Management, Community Readiness, Community Readiness Model
