Abstract

The lack of parcel maps in Selodoko Village has become a primary constraint for the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (DPUPR) of Boyolali Regency in formulating the Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) for Ampel Subdistrict, as well as for the Selodoko Village Government in managing land administration at the village level. This study aims to describe the parcel mapping process in Selodoko Village and formulate acceleration strategies for parcel map development by DPUPR Boyolali to support RDTR preparation. Using qualitative descriptive methods, the research successfully produced a comprehensive village parcel map through integration of three data sources: land parcel downloads (2,066 parcels), land certificate copies (1,731 documents), and PBB-DHKP tax data (2,131 parcels). The final output mapped 2,333 land parcels, with 85.08% derived from official land office data and 14.92% supplemented from taxation records. The acceleration strategy was developed through SWOT analysis, yielding four integrated approaches: (1) SO Strategy - digital data integration using GIS and UAV technology with BPN-Dispenda collaboration; (2) WO Strategy - participatory field verification and document digitization; (3) ST Strategy - periodic spatial audits through an interactive monitoring dashboard; and (4) WT Strategy - conflict area remapping by joint teams, coupled with human resource training and standard operating procedures. All strategies are supported by special budget allocation to ensure data accuracy, conflict resolution, and accelerated preparation of precise RDTR. Keywords: parcel map, integration, SWOT analysis
