Abstract

Land administration services are often inaccessible to the public, who have limited time during the week due to busy professional schedules, while civil servants only operate Monday through Friday. This situation poses challenges in providing responsive public services. Therefore, the Bekasi Regency Land Office introduced the Weekend Land Service (Pelataran) innovation as a solution to bridge the needs of the community with the limitations of the service system. This study aimed to determine the level of public satisfaction with the Pelataran service using a sequential mixed-methods approach, namely a quantitative approach through a questionnaire supplemented with qualitative data. The results showed a satisfaction index of 91.490, obtained from 50 respondents, categorized as "Very Good." Thus, the Pelataran at the Bekasi Regency Land Office is deemed effective and can be used as a model for public service based on community needs.
