Abstract

This research analyzes the agrarian reform access arrangement program carried out in Andong Village, Boyolali Regency. Focusing on the impact of structuring access to agrarian reform on entrepreneurial independence for goat farmers in Andong Village which refers to four indicators of entrepreneurial independence. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method that describes the phenomenon or situation observed objectively. The qualitative method produces descriptive data, namely from the written or spoken words of people or observed behaviors. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis techniques, namely by analyzing, describing some of the data that has been collected by researchers through surveys, interviews and direct observation by researchers. The results of the research show that the arrangement of access to agrarian reform has a positive impact and provides changes for the entrepreneurial independence of goat farmers in Andong Village. This is characterized by four indicators of entrepreneurial maturity, namely initiatives in the development of the livestock business to increase, business confidence in the goat farming business to be strong, mature in thinking about long-term investment and having good mental readiness in running a livestock business.
