Abstract

Various problems that arise in land service activities at Kantor Pertanahan Kota Surabaya II have encouraged the creation of an innovation called Layanan Mandiri Prioritas Utama Surabaya Dua (Lamprima Surya). Based on the number of applications received, it can be seen that public enthusiasm for this innovation is quite high. However, several complaints were found from applicants regarding the length of time it takes to complete the application. This condition encouraged researchers to analyze the effectiveness of Lamprima Surya in improving land services at Kantor Pertanahan Kota Surabaya II, both from the perspective of service users and service implementers. The method used in the study was a descriptive quantitative method whose data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The collected data is given a score based on a Likert scale and then the average is calculated. The results of this study showed that the average score of service users was 3,37, which is in the interval 3,25 < x ≤ 4, with a very effective category. However, there were several criticisms conveyed by some Lamprima Surya users, including: the time period for document verification and application completion is very long, access to the Lamprima Surya website does not always run smoothly, and filling in data on the land location section is a little complicated. Meanwhile, the average score of service implementers was 3,13, which is in the interval 2,5 < x ≤ 3,25 with an effective category. Keywords: Effectiveness, Lamprima Surya, Land Services
