Abstract

This study examines the success of access reform in Bojong Murni Village, Ciawi District, Bogor I Regency, conducted over three years (2022-2024). Access reform provides opportunities for capital access and other assistance to agrarian reform subjects to improve welfare based on land utilization. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method with research subjects including facilitators, the chairman and administrators of the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) Sadar Tani Muda, field staff of the Bogor I Land Office, and community leaders. Findings indicate that access reform in Bojong Murni successfully enhanced community independence, skills, and welfare through training in processing, packaging, and marketing agricultural and livestock products, as well as developing honey bee edu-tourism businesses. Community participation and synergy between policymakers and the community are key success factors. Positive impacts are also evident in increased income and national recognition of local products.
