Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of agrarian reform access through roof tile production activities on the ecological conditions in Karangasem Village, Wirosari District, Grobogan Regency. Agrarian reform encompasses not only asset restructuring through land redistribution, but also access restructuring by supporting the economic productivity of communities, particularly beneficiaries of the program. In this village, one form of access restructuring is carried out by encouraging the development of roof tile enterprises based on redistributed land. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings show that the roof tile industry contributes positively to increasing income and employment opportunities for the local community. However, the production process also poses ecological challenges, such as air pollution from combustion and land degradation due to excessive clay extraction. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that agrarian reform programs integrated with community economic activities take into account environmental sustainability. This can be achieved through synergy between agrarian policy and environmental protection, so that the economic benefits gained by the community do not come at the expense of natural resource preservation and the ecological integrity of the village.
