Abstract

In an effort to realize Sustainable Development Goals in Pematang Tujuh Village, Rasau Jaya District, Kubu Raya Regency through a land redistribution program and community land empowerment. According to the Directorate of Community Land Empowerment, there are SDGs that can be realized through agrarian reform, including SDGs 1 No Poverty (income, assets and accessibility to basic services); SDGs 2 No Hunger (food security and sustainable agriculture); SDGs 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth (Employment opportunities and business diversification); SDGs 17 Partnerships to Achieve Goals. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach (land redistribution and community land empowerment). The data analysis used is data reduction used to summarize observation data, interview data and literature study data which results in preliminary data conclusions, SWOT analysis to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and Fishbone analysis used to describe the root of the problem. SDG 1 No Poverty can be realized based on analysis showing an increase in the income of land redistribution beneficiaries (range Rp2,433,000-Rp2,600,500) as well as efforts to diversify businesses and increase access to basic services such as roads and bridges. However, there are still gaps that need to be addressed through intervention strategies; SDGs 2 No Hunger is very difficult to realize because there are obstacles that prevent leading to the achievement of SDGs 2 such as commodity shifts, dependence on chemicals, dependence on middlemen and failure of organic farming certification. SDGs 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth are difficult to realize due to limited skills and further education, constraints on market access and promotion, constraints on sustainable assistance and SDGs 17 Partnerships to achieve Goals are constrained by BUMDes operations, limited information and facilitation of land registration procedures.
