Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of land registration data maintenance under the Complete City Land Registration Program (PTKL), focusing on the services of land parcel division, separation, and consolidation in Poris Plawad Utara Subdistrict, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City. PTKL is part of Indonesia’s land administration modernization program aimed at achieving complete, accurate, and digitally accessible land data. The study employs a mixed-method approach using an explanatory sequential design, beginning with quantitative analysis followed by qualitative exploration.The results reveal a significant transformation in services post-PTKL implementation, particularly in terms of time efficiency. A paired sample t-test confirms a statistically significant difference in service duration before and after PTKL, with a substantial reduction in processing time. These findings indicate that PTKL positively impacts data maintenance services and contributes meaningfully to improving public land service quality.
