Abstract

This study examines the process of geospatial data integration through the Geoportal in Klaten Regency as an effort to support the One Data Klaten Program, which prioritizes integrated and accurate data management. The objective of the study is to identify the stages of data integration, analyze the challenges faced, and evaluate the factors influencing data integration using the 5M approach (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Money). The method employed is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews and document analysis. The research findings indicate that the Klaten Geoportal plays a crucial role as a platform for integrating spatial data from various government agencies; however, its implementation still faces technical, human resource, infrastructure, and institutional challenges that hinder the effectiveness of data integration. Issues include data format inconsistencies, the absence of standardized SOP, budget constraints, and limited training for personnel involved. In conclusion, optimizing the Geoportal requires comprehensive improvements in technical, management, and policy support aspects to enhance inter-agency collaboration and data reliability in supporting integrated regional development decision-making. The implications of this research emphasize the need for system improvement strategies and human resource capacity building to achieve effective and transparent data management in line with the One Data policy.
