Abstract

Selodoko Village has steep topography and many ravines, making it prone to landslides, which is further exacerbated by land use that does not align with spatial planning regulations. In accordance with Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 22/PRT/M/2007, zoning determination is useful for providing certainty in land management and reducing landslide risk through well-planned spatial arrangements. This study aims to identify landslide hazard zones and provide land use guidelines. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a spatial analysis approach. The types of data used include primary data from interviews with the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office and the Agriculture Office of Boyolali Regency, as well as secondary data such as rainfall, slope, and land use.The results show three classifications of landslide hazard levels: low, medium, and high. Land use directions and recommendations are provided based on each hazard level to support safe and sustainable spatial planning. Land use directions are classified as permitted, conditionally permitted, and not permitted. Meanwhile, land use recommendations are categorized as recommended, conditionally recommended, and not recommended.
