Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of the Special Financial Assistance (BKK) for Land Affairs Program in the utilization of Kalurahan land, identify the encountered problems and their solutions, and analyze its impact on increasing the income of farmer groups in Merdikorejo Kalurahan, Tempel District, Sleman Regency. The study applies a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation study. Informants include the village government, beneficiary farmer groups, and related supporting agencies. The results indicate that the BKK Land Affairs program has had a positive impact by enhancing access to the use of 10,000 m² of Kalurahan land by farmer groups Soka Binangun and Soka Martani. The program contributed to increased community income, although it faced challenges including delayed fund disbursement, limited human resource capacity, and agricultural issues such as weather and pest problems. Despite its challenges, the BKK Land Affairs Program has contributed significantly to improving community welfare through the empowerment of farmer groups. Efforts such as mentoring, greenhouse development, and crop diversification have proven to be effective solutions for optimizing land use.
