Abstract

SI-TAWAF WebGIS that has been developed and used within the PCNU Bojonegoro District environment currently still has several shortcomings, such as the absence of menu separation between admin and public, lack of security, and incomplete information presented such as waqf land area. This thesis focuses on developing the existing SI-TAWAF WebGIS to become better and aligned with user needs. The aim of this research is to evaluate the existing system from the user's perspective, to design a development that supports the digitalization and management of waqf assets more optimally. The research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with a quantitative approach through three stages. First, User Evaluation involving 54 respondents using a Likert scale questionnaire. Second, Workshop Design, namely system design using UML modeling. Third, Implementation, namely programming with PHP, MySQL, and Leaflet.js, as well as Black Box Testing. The results showed that 96% of respondents supported the system development, with priorities on separating admin and public menus, adding waqf land area information, and improving access security. Black Box Testing achieved a 100% success rate. The implication is that the developed SI-TAWAF WebGIS contributes to PCNU Bojonegoro as a digital tool for managing waqf assets in a more structured and transparent manner, and can serve as a reference for developing other systems.
