Abstract
This research was motivated by the low level of public knowledge and utilization of the Sentuh Tanahku application among the residents of Jururejo Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. The Sentuh Tanahku application is a digital innovation developed by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) of the Republic of Indonesia. It was introduced as part of the digital transformation of land services to facilitate public access to land information and services online. This study aims to analyze the role of the Sentuh Tanahku application in supporting the implementation of e-government in the land sector in Jururejo Village and to identify the problems encountered in using the application, as well as to formulate recommendations and solutions. This study employed a qualitative descriptive research method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The informants consisted of residents of Ngawi Regency, particularly those from Jururejo Village, officials and staff of the Ngawi Regency Land Office, and the Head and staff of the Jururejo Village Office. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the use of the Sentuh Tanahku application contributes positively to the implementation of e-government- based public services in the land sector. From the user-centered perspective, the application is considered capable of meeting users' basic needs in accessing land information independently. The residents of Jururejo Village also perceived the Sentuh Tanahku application positively because it provides tangible benefits in improving the efficiency of land services. From the e-service user perspective, the services available in the Sentuh Tanahku application are considered to be aligned with the needs of the community in accessing digital land service information. However, several technical obstacles remain in the implementation of the Sentuh Tanahku application in Jururejo Village, including internet connectivity issues and difficulties experienced during the initial use of the application. It can be concluded that the implementation of the Sentuh Tanahku application has supported the realization of more accessible digital land services. Nevertheless, improvements in internet network quality, stronger public outreach regarding the Sentuh Tanahku application, and user assistance are still needed to ensure its more effective utilization by the community.
