Abstract
The advancement of information technology has encouraged digital transformation in land administration services, one of which is through the development of the web-based application Tanahku.net at the Jembrana Land Office. The application was developed to support the spatial verification process by integrating spatial information within one platform. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Tanahku.net in supporting the spatial verification process and to examine the effect of digital innovation on efficiency, transparency, information quality, and service accessibility. This study employed a quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches. The descriptive approach was conducted by analyzing the conditions before and after the implementation of the application, while the associative approach applied simple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 68 respondents consisting of members of the public and Land Deed Officials (PPAT) as service users. The functionality of the application was also evaluated using the Black Box Testing method as supporting research data. The results indicate that the implementation of Tanahku.net has improved the spatial verification process by simplifying verification procedures, accelerating access to spatial information, and facilitating access to land-related information. The regression analysis reveals that digital innovation through Tanahku.net has a positive and significant effect on efficiency, transparency, information quality, and service accessibility. In addition, the Black Box Testing results demonstrate that all application functions operate in accordance with user requirements. Overall, the implementation of Tanahku.net as a digital innovation positively contributed to improving the quality of spatial verification services at the Jembrana Land Office. The findings indicate that the digitalization of land administration services supports more effective, transparent, high-quality, and user-oriented service delivery. This study is expected to be a reference for the development of web-based land information systems and the implementation of digital innovation in land administration services in other regions.
