Abstract
The availability of complete and highly accurate registration maps is an essential foundation for land administration. This study aims to analyze the effect of Tie Points distribution configurations on horizontal accuracy (CE90) and spatial parameters (points, edge distances, and area sizes) through the Block Adjustment method using the PEREKAT plugin version 1.02 in QGIS. The research was conducted in Sidoarum Village, Godean District, Sleman Regency, utilizing a quantitative comparative approach. Testing was carried out on two types of land use: a residential block covering 9,982 m2 (40 land parcels) and an agricultural block covering 27,136 m2 (43 land parcels). Ten control points were applied to two scenarios, namely the block edge distribution pattern and the spread distribution pattern (edges and interior of the block). The statistical Z-test results showed that the value of Z0 < 1.96 at a 95% confidence level, meaning that the variations in GCP configuration did not have a statistically significant impact on horizontal positional accuracy. The CE90 value for the residential block was 0.314 m (edge) and 0.316 m (scattered), both falling into the 1:1,000 scale class 2 standard. Meanwhile, the agricultural block achieved a CE90 of 0.645 m (edge) and 0.621 m (scattered), conforming to the 1:1,000 scale class 3 standard. The edge alignment compatibility reached 84% for residential areas and up to 80% for agricultural lands, while the area size compliance reached 95% and 93% respectively. These findings demonstrate that Block Adjustment with Conform Transformation provides exceptional geometric reliability, and any persistent dimensional anomalies are driven by pre-existing data distortions rather than GCP distribution patterns. Keywords: Block Adjustment, Cadastral Surveying, Conform Transformation, Tie Points Distribution, Land Data Quality.
