Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the Kalurahan Pucung Masterplan on improving economic balance among hamlets, identifies implementation constraints, and formulates solutions to enhance its effectiveness. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings indicate positive impacts on community income, employment opportunities, livelihood diversification, and local economic activities.
