Abstract
The Effectiveness of the Mobile Land Certificate Program (SPIRIT Tangsel) in Enhancing Land Services at the South Tangerang Land Office. This study looks at how the Mobile Land Certificate Program (SPIRIT Tangsel) works to make land management services better at the South Tangerang Land Office. SPIRIT Tangsel is a public service initiative that brings land-related services directly to the community by using a mobile unit that operates at ITC BSD. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was gathered by observing, talking to people, and keeping records. The informants included the service coordinator, service officers, and ten people who used the service. The analysis used Makmur's (2015) effectiveness theory, which has five main factors: how timely the information is, how accurate the costs are, how precise the measurements are, how suitable the choices are, and how accurate the targets are. The results show that the SPIRIT Tangsel Program has been carried out well. The service schedule was followed as planned in the set timetable, the service costs were clear and met government rules, the service steps were done as per the standard procedures, the service place was chosen wisely to make it easy for the community to reach, and the program successfully reached the people it was meant to help. In addition, the data on how services were used shows that land consultation services were the most commonly used, with 134 out of the 147 people who used services taking advantage of them. SPIRIT Tangsel has helped make it easier for the community to access land services and has also made public services more available and efficient. Even though some progress has been made, it's still important to keep working on reaching more people, increasing the services available, and making digital services better so the program can work even better.
