Abstract

The management of Village Treasury Land (TKD) in Margodadi Village, Seyegan District, Sleman Regency, is currently conducted manually using administrative logbooks and Microsoft Excel. This situation results in a lack of integration between spatial and non-spatial data, rendering the processes of information retrieval, updating, and presentation suboptimal. This study aims to analyze the existing state of Village Treasury Land management, design and develop a web-based Geographic Information System (WebGIS), and evaluate the system's performance in supporting land management in Margodadi Village. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method, utilizing a mixed-methods approach and the Prototype development model. Data collection involved observation, interviews, document analysis, and the gathering of spatial and non-spatial data. The WebGIS was developed to integrate spatial and non- spatial Village Treasury Land data into a unified system capable of information presentation, data retrieval, data management, land parcel distribution mapping, statistical data presentation, and lease information management. System evaluation was conducted using Black Box Testing and Usability Testing. The results indicate that the previous management system was fragmented and relied heavily on manual record-keeping. The developed WebGIS prototype successfully integrates spatial and non-spatial data and presents Village Treasury Land information in a more systematic manner. Black Box Testing confirmed that all system functions operate correctly. Meanwhile, Usability Testing yielded an average score of 4.60 and a user satisfaction index of 92%, placing it in the "excellent" category. These results demonstrate that the WebGIS prototype is acceptable to users and can serve as a valuable tool for managing and presenting Village Treasury Land information in Margodadi Village.
