Abstract

One of the functions of launching the KKP (Komputerisasi Kegiatan Pertanahan) application is to facilitate access to land service information. The land services contained in the KKP are in accordance with Head of BPN Regulation Number 1 of 2010, namely first-time land registration services, data maintenance, land recording and information, measuring land plots, land management and structuring, and complaint management. However, not all land service information is contained in the KKP report, one of which is information from mapping officers on sporadic land plot measurement and mapping services. This paper aims to design an application that is capable of tracking measurement and mapping service files. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a staged approach to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Researchers use a prototype model approach as the initial stage of application creation. The research results show that the system for administering measurement and mapping service files currently uses manual recording in books, which makes it difficult to track file positions through books, so a file tracking application is needed that can be accessed by all Survey and Mapping Section employees. Based on the needs analysis, application design and development is carried out. The results of application testing via whitebox on the measurement and mapping service file tracking application found no problems on all the designed paths. Meanwhile, in black box testing, a problem was found in black box testing, namely a problem was found in inputting files at the admin access level. Meanwhile, the results of application vulnerability testing have a low level of attack vulnerability. Keywords: Applications, Service Files, File Tracking
